No problems with the website. However, when I booked my flight(using a debit card), American Airlines posted a double charge for the ticket in my account. Thus, my available balance was unnecessarily lowered by the amount of the “second” ticket charge for more than a day. Although it did clear and only the correct amount was eventually debited, I’ve never had this happen with any other purchase.

I was excited to purchase this flight for this price. Especially it being at the last minute. And I love that because you don’t know when an emergency comes and you don’t want to in a place where you have to spend so much money to get somewhere at the last minute

Very attractive discount code. I’m not in US, so my visa actually charges overseas transaction service charge. Luckily the discount on cheaptickets is good enough to cover that cost.
I have booked on cheaptickets for several times. Happy experiences so far. I also recommended my hong kong friends to make hotel reservation here.

But i have a question is that when i booked through cheaptickets, when I checked in at the hotels, the hotels usually recorded my booking as an expedia booking. It’s ok for me since I know cheaptickets is under expedia group. I’m just worried this may cause some inconvenience to new users.

Exact dates put in the search field are not followed.
As a result wrong tickets were purchased for a different dates.

They made an error in refund and am still owed $31.50 Cdn. as the trip was
cancelled within 24 hrs. Did they inform Air Canada of this and why was this
amount not refunded as there should not have been any extra charges.

I request a reply and reimbursement.
