CheapTickets offers great Paris to Venice flights, so why bother searching for tickets elsewhere when you can get a great deal right here?
Paris offers flights from each of its two general airports, Paris-Orly Airport (ORY) and Charles de Gaulle International Airport (CDG), to Venice's Marco Polo International Airport (VCE)in about a 90-minute flight. ORY provides two flights per day with EasyJet and CDG has seven to eight per day with AirFrance, EasyJet, and XL Airways France, giving passengers many options for Paris to Venice flights. ORY is seven miles south of the city and is accessible via the A106 autoroute and the RER B train line. A cab fare from Central Paris to the airport will cost around twenty Euros. CDG airport lies 16 miles northeast of Paris, making ORY the more accessible choice, if not the choice with the most options. The airport is accessible via RER or TGV train routes, bus, or the autoroute A1. A cab fare to the airport costs around fifty Euros.
VCE is situated about 7.5 miles north of Venice, located on the mainland. It is accessible through ACTV and ATVO bus services, by boat for about 13 Euros, by cab (costing around 15 Euros), or by water-taxi for the steep price of 80 to 120 Euros. VCE itself has Wi-Fi access, a selection of shops and restaurants, and a subscription service known as Club Il Milione, which gives members priority access to boarding services, a point-reward system, various discounts, and access to the airport's VIP lounge. Being a city build from islands, the city is humid or temperate depending on the season, with temperatures neither getting too cold nor too hot. You might back some heavier clothes in the winter, but don't expect freezing temperatures.
