Plane was in rough shape but the service was terrific! Let's repeal the Jones Act so we can have carriers like Brit Air operatng on the US! United and other US carriers are just atrocious in comparison to most international air carriers.
This was legitimately the most pleasant flight I have ever taken. It was nine hours, but felt lke nothing. Huge shout out to the gentlemen station in the economy delight section
The seating in economy was very cramped. The seating is so restrictive that you can easily develop leg cramps because it’s so hard to stretch and reposition yourself. The flight crew were wonderful and attentive though.
I would have like to have a different seat. I checked in exactly 2hrs before hand and there were no window or aisle seat left.
