Universal Studios is a combination theme park and working film studio, designed by Steven Spielberg. The Orlando Science Center is very kid-friendly and features exhibits from several branches of science including mechanics, biology and others. One of the reasons Orlando is such a popular vacation destination is its year-round sunny, warm weather. Every month of the year in Orlando averages 70 degrees or above, and no month will average below 48 degrees. The summer months can be more humid and have a bit more rain, including the occasional Atlantic storm that passes through.
