Charlotte Douglas (CLT) Airport was established in 1935. Consider taking the Sprinter Bus to get from Charlotte to the airport. Shuttles, taxis and limos provide reliable transportation as well. Typical flight times are five hours to Seattle/Tacoma International (SEA) Airport. When you arrive, head over to the four floor of the airport to catch the Light Rail Link into downtown Seattle or Tacoma or the King County Metro. Taxis are also available.

Attractions and Tips

You cannot visit Seattle without at least one stop to the Pike Place Market. Here you can find a variety of vendors offering everything from food to souvenirs and fish being thrown from one person to another as it is brought into the market for the sales of the day. The Space Needle is another must see attraction while visiting Seattle. The viewing deck, 520 feet up in the air, allows guests to see the skyline of the city from a unique perspective. Cool and wet winters last from about November to January and the majority of the precipitation for the year falls then. Mild summers reach a peak in August, the hottest month of the year.
