Situated in South Lake Tahoe, this hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Van Sickle Bi-State Park and Heavenly Ski Resort. Heavenly Gondola and The Shops at Heavenly Village are also within 2 mi (3 km).
I usually do not sleep well in hotels but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice except I didn’t care for the sliding door that was really hard to open and close. Staff was very friendly. Pool area was very nice and relaxing. Excellent location, minutes from Heavenly. Will ...
This property is a period piece from the 70s/80s, but there is a rustic charm, and thoughtfulness in the amenities (including a rubber ducky for the bath)! The restaurants had wonderful value priced meals (prime rib and lobster tail; breakfast eggs and ham, bacon, or sausage with potatoes & toast). ...
The free breakfast is not buffet style. Very disappointed for the breakfast. The room is small and does not match to pictures. The beach is public not private. Over all is overrated. Would stay in the casino for the better value and lower price.
Beautiful room. Everything you can ask for after a day of snowboarding. Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear folks next to you or above you one floor up.
I brought my Tasmanian cousins to Lake Tahoe and didn't feel the need to overspend, as the real attractions are outside. We walked to the casinos and played in the snow and then went back to our cozy warm rooms and slept beautifully. We enjoyed the breakfast and went on our way very satisfied.
I stayed overnight with my two pre teen children. We all loved it. Definitely nice for the price. I plan to stay here again in the future. The room was clean except they neglected to empty the trash from the previous guest. All in all, great stay. Nice courtyard and the staff was super friendly.
Decent price and great location across from the beach and in the middle of the small but charming downtown area It’s old and dated - could use some upgrades and newer interiors. The a/c is nice when it’s hotter than blazes out in the summer
A great value, clean and exactly what one would expect when booking this hotel
Great location across from Marriot Village and it's just a short walk to Stateline.
No phone in the room, TV not working, towel provided was only good for one person not for a couple. Room is dilapidated.
This hotel was. It just beautiful but it was in the perfect location for anyone who wants to see Lake Tahoe for the first time. Staff was beyond helpful and courteous. It is very kid friendly as well as suited for a romantic evening for just two. There are a lot of attractions very close by.

Was ok, night clerk was not helpful when called with a problem with the phone! Smart mouth
The place was fantastic! Lots of privacy and space to feel comfortable away from home. The bed sheets on the other hand were disgusting.... Stains on the sheets and detergent marks from not being washed properly. There was also a dead beetle underneath my pillow when we first arrived at the cabin. ...
This is a condo in the trees with a wonderful stream rushing by. Very quiet. Well stocked. The sofa sleeper was springs with a cover - ouch!!!
Located in the Targhee National Forest on the mountain and it is beautiful. It is secluded and several miles away from town. The resort is converted to a mountain bike resort in the summer but it is not for beginners. The trails are treacherous coming down the mountain-not for children, out of shape ...

The furniture was very outdated and very uncomfortable. Couch and bedding for bunk beds were smelly. Mattress in master bedroom too soft for our taste. Also, the picture you posted of the Condo is not the actual condo we stayed at! That was a major disappointment since we were expecting to be in ...
Staff were awesome - price was great,. Rides to ski hill were all very much appreciated. Rooms were clean and plenty big. Would stay here again. Weren't many downsides - small pillows and overcooked bacon at breakfast. Bit also there was breakfast with good coffee so...

Hotel was hard to find. Staff was limited and not exactly friendly. Room was smelly and dirty when we arrived. Later on the week the housekeeping washed everything. However we discovered bed bugs on one of the beds. I will definite not recommended this hotel in the near future. Also the spa or hot ...

Stayed one night. the price was right. The rooms were clean. they have cookies in the afternoon, and continental breakfast in morning. I would stay again.
We loved the location of the hotel and views from our room. The public spaces were “tired” - worn carpet in need of vacuuming. 3.5
Clean, well-equipped room. Living space very small. Intermittent wifi was extremely disappointing.
Excellent location. Parking was simple. Didn't get time to use fitness or pool during stay. Room was spacious and comfortable.
overall it was a nice stay. Room could use some updates on the furniture like Restaining and there was no microwave in room. The one big reason i booked here was for the outdoor pool yet it was closed.
Located in East Kootenay G, this hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Banff National Park Information Centre, Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, and Banff Lake Louise Tourism Bureau. Tunnel Mountain is 2.2 mi (3.6 km) away. Banff Station is 20 minutes by foot.
Was a very nice hotel! I really liked the breakfast, pool, and hot tub! Our room had a nice jacuz in it which was very nice too! The rooms were big and clean, and the mini fridge held all of our soda pops with ease! The shuttle to Lake Louise picked us up and dropped us off right around the corner ...

It was pretty good experience at this place. The price is good and the rooms are clean without any smell. The sofa bed is comfortable too!
I got the room thinking it had a balcony. But it turned out to be what's called a romeo juliet window. where there is just a small railing about 4 inches from the sliding doors. The elevator wasn't working. So my suitcase was a challenge. There was no breakfast as stated in amenities. Pool is in ...

The Best Western Pocatera Inn: The room was great, very spacious, nice fireplace, a great value for the money. I was late checking in and they held the room for me, even though the hotel was completely booked.

I have stayed at about every hotel in the canyons and this is by far the worst. To get to your room is like trying to escape a corn maze. The property is in need of some updates and worst of all their check out is 10am. The response of the front desk “we don’t allow late check out”. Every other hotel ...
The reason I gave poor reviews was for the fact that our room seemed as if it was falling apart. There was no water pressure, it took me 10 minutes to wash just shampoo out of our hair. The sink drain wouldn't drain. The fridge wasn't keeping anything cold. The room appeared like it was fine, but ...
We love staying here but things are starting to look worn and tired. The staff is always inceredibly nice and accomadating. We will be back as the location and peaceful beauty of the surrounding area recharges us.
I took my 3 year old son on his first ski trip and I was a little nervous about going because he was so young. We went the 1 week of March. It hadn't snowed since February but there was some snow on the mountain. The hotel was 40 min. From the airport. And I first glance the hotel looks a little ...
The Hyatt really is a great deal. We looked at the Waldorf, the St Regis, and the Hyatt. The other hotels are impressive, but for 1/3 the price this hotel takes the cake.
Our stay was wonderful! We skiied for two days and explored Park City and Salt Lake City. The only problem we encountered was that there was limited snow. So only three slopes were open on the mountain. So if you are an expert skier this was not the place to go. Wait to January! You couldn't beat ...

I traveled to Park City for a furneral so it wasn't a plesant visit but the hotel staff was excellent. They continued to offer plesant greetings, they offered advise and help when asked and the bartender went out of his way to make visits plesant. It was as nice as a visit like that can be and I ...
When we arrived there was shattered glass on our patio at ground level. I was wearing flip flops and having a piece of the glass slice my foot our vacation was definitely downgraded. We reported the glass every day of our stay and it wasn't picked up until the morning we left and even then glass ...

Hotel staff super friendly, free shuttle service to the ski resorts. Breakfast was yummy! Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the jacuzzi!
The room might have been nice a decade or two ago. None of the electrical plugs would hold a phone charger in place. The bedding was new and the sheets were clean but the hygiene went down from there. Although broom clean like when you left your first college dorm room hoping for your security deposit... ...
The staff was very friendly and inviting. This was a great room with granite counter tops and overall appearance was in good shape. The hot tub on the deck should either be removed or repaired. It would have been nice to sit outside in this location and take in the mountain views.
Everything was nice and clean, well designed. Only critique is the blankets are sooo not warm enough! Heater made it so it wasn't cold, but it just felt like a summertime blanket, not great for the dead of winter !
The hotel was ok but the service was good. It was nice having a restaurant across the street.
We booked this place late for a one-night anniversary stay. The room itself was great, and the breakfast the next morning was fantastic! The staff was also very nice. I was a little hesitant about our room location, as it opened up to the lobby downstairs. Luckily, we didn't hear other people downstairs. ...
The hotel was a great value and the staff was very helpful.
Luxury is the only way to explain this hotel. The interesting part is that although it was top class, the staff was wonderful, kind and very genuine. In all my years of travel, I have stayed in all types of accommodations. Many times I have felt I was being patronized with the only reason being that ...
Located near the slopes, this Vail hotel is 9.8 mi (15.7 km) from Vilar Performing Arts Center and close to winter activities such as cross-country skiing and snow tubing.
Div, the Montaneros concierge was helpful and knowledgable about the surrounding amenities and steered us to what we wanted. Regards Marc Mazzarella Lakewood, Ohio
The hotel is generally good enough for that price-point in Vail. It could use some updating that's for sure. The room would have been nice enough but they had just painted recently and there was a strong paint odor during our stay - They probably should have done more to mitigate the issues with ...
I had wonderful time staying in this hotel! Room were clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Also, location is excellent, right in the heart of Leonshead.
Staff is great, the spa is convenient and so worth every penny. The restaurant inside the hotel is nice, as well. The food can be a little on the salty side, but overall it's good.

I loved this hotel! It was hard to get to but once you get there it is well worth it. The room was very clean and comfortable. I wish that I had more time to relax. The location was really close to Beaver Creek which was excellent for getting to the mountain in a timely manner to ride as well as returning to unwind and relax in the evening. The room was always clean and the ...
This was one of the best places I have stayed. Staff were first class and the food was great. Rooms were clean and a lot bigger than I thought. Can't wait to go back.
The Sundial is a really nice place. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect for my wife and I. Right around the corner to all of the great spots in Whistler Village, as well as the main gondola, but also also very quiet.
Great location, close to the gondola. All amenities and restaurants are nearby. They have staff outside the lodge closest to the gondola to take your skis/snowboard when you're done for the day. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and has closet to store your ski/snow boots and ...
I have been to Whistler for many times, this is the first time to select a condo. It's cheaper and more convienient.
What is needed; clean comfortable accomadations close to the gondolas. Layout of hotel is a bit awkward (several buildings with no common interior) and hot tub is indoor (but hot). Kitchen equipment was clean and sufficient. If price is right, I'd stay again
Friendly staff, well equipped room, including fireplace and well stocked kitchen.
The facilities need to be updated. Our unit had a vintage AC and gauge. The fold out sofa mattress was springs. The newer ones aren’t as bad. The hotel restaurant which was only half full, was a 2.5 hour experience. The waitress felt terrible for the wait and offered a complimentary dessert. We hesitated ...

Overall, the Madeline Hotel was great. The location cannot be beat, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly.
WE STAYED 4 NIGHTS, SECOND DAY THEY FORGOT TO CLEAN OUR ROOM, THIRD DAY 12 PM AND STILL NOT CLEANED I WENT TO THE OFFICE TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD CLEAN, SHE WAS UPSET, EVEN THOUGH I MADE A POINT OF LETTING HER KNOW THE PREVIOUS DAY IT WAS NOT DONE. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST VERY POOR. WENT TO GET COFFEE ...

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand and walking right to Showshed lift was perfect. The studio room with kitchenette and murphy bed was great for the price. This hotel was as nice as any I have been in out west. I would definitely recommend it.
Clean room, friendly staff. Refrigerator and microwave in room, skimpy free breakfast. Heat comes from pipes embedded in floor and cannot be controlled or adjusted as there are no thermostats in the room. Cheesy water saving faucet in bathroom let through either a useless dribble or a spray that ...
