Musician at Heart

Dustin Lynch was born on May 14, 1985 in Tullahoma, Tennessee. From a young age he showed an interest in music, picking up his first guitar when he was only eight years old. After abandoning music for nearly seven years to pursue other hobbies, Lynch picked the guitar back up for good. When he was sixteen years old he began performing at the Blue Bird Café in Nashville during their open mic nights. After graduating high school in 2003, Lynch moved to Nashville to attend Lipscomb University where he would later earn his bachelor’s degree in biology. Upon graduating Lynch had to make the tough decision of attending medical school or pursuing his love for country music, ultimately choosing a career in country music.

In early 2011 Lynch was discovered by Justin Moore's manager via Myspace. He was immediately signed to a record deal with Valory Music Group. A few months into his deal he followed the top executive over to Broken Bow Records, where he would later release his first self-entitled album and number one single “Cowboys and Angles”.

Growing up in Tennessee, Lynch says he was heavily influenced by what he calls "the class of '89." This included Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks and Clint Black. In fact, Lynch has said he wishes he could have spent a day in Garth Brooks' boots, so he could experience the way he operates. Seeing Kenny Chesney perform in a sold-out concert was also a life-changing experience for him. It was the first time he really wondered what it would be like to be a country star. Many regard Lynch as the next George Strait, his style is an edgy play on Strait's traditional sound, making a perfect next generation of country.

An Accomplished Artist

Lynch's unique voice brought many of his songs to the top of the charts. "Cowboys and Angels" is his Platinum-selling debut single that has over 18 million views on YouTube/VEVO and reached No.1 on the MTV Music Meter. Other hits included top 20 hit "She Cranks My Tractor" and "Hell of a Night." Lynch has received numerous nominations for awards through American Country, CMT and Academy of Country Music Awards. The release of "Where It's At" sent Lynch on his first national tour. In September of 2018 Lynch was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry, an honor only the best of country music are given.

Cheap Dustin Lynch tickets became hard to come by as many arenas sold out. In fact, his hometown of Tullahoma had to host three shows at the House of Blues to accommodate all his fans. Lynch has also toured with one of modern day country’s greatest; Luke Bryan.
