Spring is about to have sprung which means that everyone is planning their spring break getaways–college students, up-and-comers (adults ages 25 to 34) and families alike.

College students are the largest demo traveling for spring break, with 44 percent planning to take a trip, compared to 37 percent of up-and-comers and 23 percent of families, and everyone is trying to find the cheapest way to make their spring break dreams come true.

This year, with gas prices the lowest they’ve been in some time, road trips dominate as nearly two-thirds of those planning to travel are driving to their destination, and most people, regardless of demographic, have their sights set on Florida or California. That being said, there are a lot of other great options that are within driving distance from different regions of the country that will allow for greater savings and new experiences.
