I booked this stay through Expedia and it wasn't a good experience. I wish I would have booked it directly with the hotel website itself. The reason being, it was our wedding anniversary that we went to celebrate. We asked the hotel to provide a room with a good view(lake view) as we had already booked a premium room. But they denied saying that since we did not book with the hotel directly, so they cannot do that. Then what is the point of booking a premium room and paying so much.
Now about the hotel services, they did not even have a wifi, they do provide an ethernet setup in the room which wasn't working. We asked the hotel staff to replace it, and the answer was "you can contact the internet service provider of the park directly". I mean I am staying at your hotel, you should be having the complete responsibility of things not working. We had to download the offline maps to go to places in the park and unfortunately we couldn't do that due to no internet available and their denying of helping with that and had to go via paper maps and got lost a lot. Could not even check-in the return flight. Had to pay extra for getting the printed boarding pass at the airport.
The room was not at all quite, lots of noises in the night like Water running, toilet flush from other rooms and random noises, could not even sleep.
Really disappointed with the hotel and the services. And not going to book anything via Expedia now as you end up paying the same amount as the hotel website.
