    About this property

Duck Hunting & Fishing Waterfront Guest House in Birch Creek!

Under New Management!! Here is a BEAUTIFUL fully furnished lake front guest house offered for rent daily located on the very popular Birch Creek part of Lake Fork. For the main house on this property, please see vrbo ad #1338108. Birch Creek has been well known for its big bass that it has produced and is even more known for duck hunting that is hard to beat! The secluded property is a total of 7.2 acres of many trees. It is a perfect hunting or fishing getaway. The guest house is an ample sized getaway built in 2009 and freshly renovated with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a huge front deck with a ceiling fan for relaxing. There is a queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and also a queen air mattress for the living room. Do you have a family reunion, business trip, or a wedding coming up? Rent both houses for a very nice retreat for your friends and family. Smaller duck boats or jon boats may be able to launch at the lake depending on the water level, but larger boats will have to go to a boat ramp and then park at the lake for the weekend. If you need a guide to get you closer to one of those big Lake Fork bass or a guide who knows how to get the ducks out of Birch Creek let me know as I know the best people for the job. Also, I have a guide for catfish and crappie that can put more fish in the boat than anyone I have ever seen! For reservations give me a call at the number listed in the ad. Thanks! Skeeter and McDonald's tournament rates are $125 per night for 2 people with a 4 day minimum. If you try to book these days at regular rates I will send the correct invoice. Lake levels are great at this time but we absolutely recommend renting our 10 foot Pond Prowler 2 man bass boat to get you to the creek area where all the big fish are if you want to fish behind the house! It's only $85 for the entire stay and we will have it at the lake for you ready to fish. Keywords: Lakehouse, waterfront, fishing, Lake Fork, lodging, cabin, guest house, rental, duck hunting

        Great

Place was clean and perfect for what we needed it for. Best of all it’s off the beaten path and quiet and peaceful

        5/5 Excellent

More comfort and more relaxation than we have ever had at a motel.... Complete enjoyment!!!

We were lucky enough to be able to stay at this camp for the Sealy Bass Tournament. This place has all the comforts of home, clean and cozy with very comfortable beds. A 20 minutes drive to Sulphur Springs along with a 20 minute or less drive to Lake Fork Marina. We really enjoyed our vacation, had a relaxing and enjoyable week. Will definitely will be staying here again. Thank you

          5/5 Excellent

            Great as always

Only downside was not having cable to watch the cowboys game on Sunday but we made the best of it! Always a great stay and we are already looking forward to next year!
