Not very happy
Booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Upon check in, Room One room did not have a shower curtain, the bathroom door knob was falling off and though there were fresh towels and soap, etc., all the used items from the previous occupant was still there. Called the front desk, who promised delivery of a shower curtain - but it never arrived. Room Two had long, black hairs in the tub, though the rest of the room seemed okay. In hindsight, we should have been offered a different (and clean) room instead of the empty, unfulfilled promise of a shower curtain. Because I had booked and pre-paid the room "through a 3rd party", they were unable to provide any kind of discount or comp for the dirty room. My next email is to Hotels.com about this situation.
