"Had issues here from start to finish. The area outside of our room had recently flooded, it smelled like water damage on our floor and slightly inside our room. Our room was located on the first floor on a corner where a trailhead started behind our building so we had constant foot traffic and we’re forced to leave our blinds closed at all times for privacy reasons. One of the chairs on the patio out of our door was completely busted in. Service was brutal, despite being over staffed everywhere you had to interrupt employees on their phones whenever you wanted help. The pool never had towels the three days we went down. To top it off the hotel charged me TWICE for the stay - I had to call numerous times to get through to anyone, said it would take 7-10 days to correct their mistake. I would’ve been disappointed with the level of service here no matter what - but for the price it’s a slap in the face. For what it’s worth, the food at their restaurant was excellent.
