Absolutely filthy! The photos are deceptive-actual property is run down and filthy. The first room smelled so badly from previous guest we had to move. Second room was horrible and tiny. Fecal matter splashed in the toilet upon arrival and never cleaned throughout our entire stay. Dust and stains on all tables. Housekeeping didn’t even bother to come to our room one of the days. When they did actually show up, service was limited to emptying the trash and replacing the towels. Stains and splashes of mystery materials all over the bathroom. Wallpaper peeling off. Dishes in pantry were filthy-fingerprints, lip marks and old food. Fireplace is wood burning, but you’re not provided with any wood (can buy a Duralog for $5 at front desk—-if they’re not out). Hallways are repulsive (cleaner at a Motel 6). No direct elevator access for most of third floor which makes it a lot of fun to drag your luggage up and down multiple stairs, not to mention trying to navigate around in ski boots. If you’re cold from a long day outside, don’t plan on warming up under a blanket as the only one you get is the one on your bed. A bed that won’t be made daily, mind you. Only saving grace is how close you are to the chair lifts. Front desk staff is polite, but definitely don’t care about issues experienced during your stay—likely because they hear it all the time. In short, stay somewhere else. There are a lot of better options in Whistler.
