Very tired carpet in elevator. Poor quality of towels, some dirty. Shouldn't be a 4 star in my opinion

Delightful stay!!
This hotel leaned over backwards to make our stay extra nice from really early check in to late check out to wonderful Casolare restaurant with its imaginative cuisine!!! We would come back in a heartbeat!! 💗
