    Convenient location

The hotel is near a homeless shelter, and many have some mental issues. Too bad the govt does not address those issues. The hotel is a stop for the trolley which is nice. The room was nice with a huge TV. The full size beds could use new box springs as you can hear the broken wood frame creak. They are only $200 which is once night stay, they should replace them. The room comes with everything but a microwave, and i don't understand why. There is a Walmart 4 blocks away, and Chinatown is about 5 blocks away. After paying all costs through, the hotel still charged me an extra $68 which i am disputing. I called them 2 days ago, and still no response.

    5/5 Excellent

The hotel is so convenient for anything you want to do in DC. You can use the city bikes and scooters to go almost anywhere in the city. Capital, National Mall and Capital One Arena are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is comfortable and quiet. It’s clean and friendly as well.

    4/5 Good

The property was nice and although I don't have any complaints, I also didn't think the property was anything special.

Very nice place - but one issue.

A friend and I stayed here when we were in town to see Carrie Underwood on 10/4/19. The hotel was really nice, clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice. The restaurant also had very good service and food. My only issue is that we either had to find our own parking place on the streets or pay for valet parking. We understood it to cost $62.00. We agreed to pay for that. However once we received the bill it was $84.99. There was a fee called "destination fee with taxes" that we weren't expecting. I was slightly irritated because the parking garage was below the hotel. I've stayed at other hotels in DC that didn't make you pay to park at a hotel you were already paying to stay at.
