The hotel is near a homeless shelter, and many have some mental issues. Too bad the govt does not address those issues. The hotel is a stop for the trolley which is nice. The room was nice with a huge TV. The full size beds could use new box springs as you can hear the broken wood frame creak. They are only $200 which is once night stay, they should replace them. The room comes with everything but a microwave, and i don't understand why. There is a Walmart 4 blocks away, and Chinatown is about 5 blocks away. After paying all costs through Hotels.com, the hotel still charged me an extra $68 which i am disputing. I called them 2 days ago, and still no response.
