"Family of five stayed for a weekend. We communicated ahead of time with Michael, paid the extra fee, and the pool was heated when we arrived. We turned up the hot tub temperature right away... I guess it cools off when not used? We used both every day and also enjoyed other games in the back yard. It was very clean and very comfortable. Lots of outdoor activities to keep our kids busy! My six year old son loved the dinosaur bedroom equipped with bunk bed, toys, books, and squishmallows! Michael stayed in contact with text message and is very respectful."
