Peppers grocery store is just around the corner, an excellent place to gather a few goodies for a picnic on the beach. The local pubs and boutiques are also enjoyable stops on your way to the ocean. The Marina across the bay is a leisurely stroll into Uplands. This area has many luxurious homes and quiet winding streets, an excellent bicycle route. This cottage has extra sleeping in the living room pullout coach. Pets must be approved by owner. We only allow small non-shedding, non-allergic dogs please - any breach of this will result in a $500 charge in order to clean the furniture and carpets This reservation has a Strict cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
