Poor customer service, would rather argue with you
We found the customer service very poor here. Very brisk welcome first day. Second day, we left the room at 9am and returned at 3:30 and room service had not come- they were a few doors down from our room. We asked to not be charged for 1 night of the pet fee since our room was not cleaned during our visit, therefore how would we incur additional cleaning charges for our pet? Multiple hotel staff just chose to argue with us and told us our Do Not Disturb sign was on- it wasn’t, we had the dog with us when we left so purposefully removed it. Very argumentative and rude, not helpful, would rather call guests liars than believe us and offer a solution. Location is not good, pick a different place for your stay in Victoria.

The food at the restaurant was tasty and affordable no matter what we ordered. Best deal on a hotel based on location as well - walking distance to majority of Victoria attractions.

I love this place!! Definitely a five star! Sooo close to everything, very close to downtown Victoria but not right in downtown so street parking is no problem - also you get free parking if you stay in this hotel which we appreciate a lot! Our room was so clean! We have a kitchenette in our king sized bed! There’s microwave, fridge, stove, keurig machine! I love it!
