Our second visit
Second time here. Last time had exec lounge and breakfast and missed it! Expensive without it. A little disappointed with lack of small touches ie free bottle of water, not enough milk for two hot drinks a day.only two cups in room but we were a family of three.still a great hotel in a great location but normal people being priced out. Even the boat shuttle is now chargeable.

Overall the staff were friendly and efficient, however, the staff in the lounge area were average and service was very slow. I know that this building is a converted flour mill, but the hotel really lacks an outdoor seating area with a view! The only one is the Skyline bar which is small and the views are restricted. I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff are friendly, polite & knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet is well stocked (although the staff are slightly over-worked and rushed). The only downside to the hotel is that you aren't on the main island, although there is a regular shuttle boat.
