Close to airport. The train and bus stations are right across the street. It's a quiet building with a great breakfast.

Warm welcome and good breakfast
Front desk staff was super helpful. Free coffee, water and pastry in lobby. They also sell transportation tickets. Location was great near train station and busses into Venice. Breakfast buffet is best deal in town.
