ABOUT MY CONDO: My garden level condo is very light & bright and was completely remodeled when I bought it. Although it is a strong rental, it has been meticulously maintained with travertine cobble-stone-like flooring, slab granite counter tops, hand troweled walls, built-in bunk bed area (with twin mattresses), and wall to wall drapes. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two small children. I sketched out a floor plan and you can view it under my photos. The entry area is like a mini mud room with a bench for seating while putting on or taking off your shoes, pegs to hang your skis, cubbies for hats and gloves, and boot trays for dirty shoes. The kitchen has a small pantry, range with stove top, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal. It is equipped with Gotham Steele pots & pans, cooking utensils, knives, silverware, dishes and coffee cups for 8, drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee maker (auto drip coffee maker takes round filters), blender, crock pot, towels, pot holders, and paper towels. For dinning, there is a Bistro Table with bar stools. The bistro table has drop down leafs if you need more space. The living room has 2 loveseats an ottoman (New for 2020 ski season), DVD/VCR player and a 26" flat screen TV (New for 2018 ski season). The bedroom has a 26' flat screen with DVD insert on upper right corner and cell phone docking station (New for the 2018 ski season). It also has a queen sized bed (New for the 2020 ski season) and dresser. The bunks are located just across the hall from the bedroom. There is only 1 bathroom but it is a full 3 piece bath with sink, toilet and tub with shower. It is equipped with hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, cotton balls, toilet paper, and hair dryer. ABOUT PARKING: My condo comes with Free Parking for one car between the hours of your check-in and check-out only. The Vail Parking Structure is located just 1 1/2 Blocks away and available for you if you are coming to Vail earlier than your check-in or if you want to stay later than your check-out. We may be best known for our skiing but we have become a very popular summer destination too. The incredible climate, low humidity, and countless summer attractions are sure to fill your days and evenings. Hiking, biking, kayaking, mountain climbing, off road jeeping, horseback riding, fly fishing, and rafting are just some of the adventures to fill your days. BRAVO! (a symphony series), the Vail International Dance Festival, and star filled attractions at the Vilar Center fill your evenings with a little culture. Vail Village is a beautiful and romantic getaway. stroll through the cobblestone streets adorned with many bronze sculptures, water features and benches for relaxing. Not what we expected

Very small unit in basement. Difficult entrance. No view. Adjacent to laundry room. Floor space minimal due to oversized furniture. It was not what we expected and we didn’t stay there.

          Great stay

Vail is wonderful in the summer.

Great location and place, Poor, Poor Communication

The property itself is clean and as described in a perfect location. However, the property owner was terrible at communication. I had emailed her several days before our trip for check-in info. Did not receive a response, assuming she would send it an hour or so before the check in time, but when it was 15 minutes until check in and still had not heard anything, I called VRBO customer service. The VRBO Customer Service was not helpful at all, basically said here is her number, you call When I called her, she had forgotten we were coming, and while I was on the phone with her, she stated "oh, I see her you emailed me, didn't see it before". Disappointing that VRBO and the owner were quick to take my money, but not able to do all the work on their side. Will probably use VRBO again (maybe), but will definitely avoid this owner.
