Please note, there is not a balcony, it is equipped with a safety railing only. The unit features a wood burning fireplace, 40" flat screen TV, DVD, fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances, bar seating for 3, dining table that seats 4 and contains a full size washer & dryer in the unit. The master bedroom with mountain views comes with king bed, 31” flat screen TV and en suite bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 also faces south, is equipped with 2 comfortable twin beds and cozy desk. Bedroom 2 is located across from a full guest bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort. Enjoy all the amenities that Simba Run has to offer. Starbucks Coffee is offered in the lobby area, private shuttles to slopes during ski season, Vail's largest indoor heated pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, fitness, steam and sauna rooms. Three outdoor tennis courts (summer), large outdoor patio with grills (summer), WiFi and garage parking for one vehicle. Located behind building 2 is a free town of Vail bus stop for your convenience. Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.       Great place, awesome pool/hot tub, short walk to town

      Great place. Very relaxing. Enjoyed the walk into town each day. Drove the first evening for dinner. Parking’s crazy expensive. Walk or take the bus. All of Vail lost power one afternoon. When it came back on the Wi-Fi, etc reset back to usable. Loved the $20 after 5pm gondola which includes $20 of food and or wine on top. Great music.

        Simba Run 1510

        The best part of SImba Run is the location. it's a short walk to Lionshead, or the free shuttle is available 14 hrs a day. The garage parking is very nice if you have a vehicle. The only reason I did not rate 1510 5 stars is because of the interior decor. Maybe my expectations were too high considering it's Vail, but the condo felt dated. The kitchen is upgraded and has everything needed to make meals. But, the bathrooms need upgrading...the granite counter tops are nice, but they are sitting on builder grade cabinets. The lighting in the master bedroom also needs improvement. Overall, it is very funtional, but does not have a luxury feel.

          Good property; convenient location

          We had a good time! The condo is well appointed with necessary items. It is very conveniently located to Lionshead. The bus picks up right outside the parking garage. There is also an indoor pool, which our kids took advantage of some. We also cooked all of our dinners there and had plenty of cookware, silverware, etc. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is that the condo faces the interstate, so there is A LOT of noise when the windows are open (not when it's closed- very good at drowning at the noise then). This probably isn't such a problem in the winter, when windows stay closed, but during the summer when windows need to be open to get a breeze, just know that it will be noisy. It's also important to note that this unit does not have a balcony (not a big deal, but just a note). Additionally, we did not find the condo building reception staff to be very friendly; perfunctory at best. I know others had said the staff was very personable, so maybe we just had an off week.
