Beautiful Home Very Close to Bus Route for Access to Vail

The house was great. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our group of 10, Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, beds were comfy and the hot tub could actually fit 8 comfortably. It's an excellent spot for several couples or a large group of singles. Richard was very polite and responsive to any requests which was very nice. Oh, and the bus stop is only a 3 minute walk in ski boots to the pitkin east vail bus stop which runs every 15 minutes in the winter which was awesome. We took advantage of that for skiing and nightly trips to eat in Vail. I would highly recommend this place and hope to make it back next year!

Wonderful home! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay over spring break at this home! The house had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Right off the bus route (which we didn’t end up using) and walking distance to the market for any last minute items you may have forgotten. Definitely take a look at what is in the pantry/fridge before you go shopping. The honor pantry had all the staples like seasonings/etc we had already bought. Take a little and leave a little. The kids loved the hot tub and being able to jump out of the hot tub into the snow and back. Lol. Kitchen is fully stocked. There wasn’t anything we needed for cooking that it didn’t have. Even had a crock pot. Great for throwing in something to cook while you’re out skiing for the day. Lots of board games and puzzles to keep the family entertained. We did four of the puzzles! Heated floors in the kitchen and bath were great. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Slept like we were at home. Can’t say enough about this place. You won’t be disappointed! Hope to be back in the future!

          Fantastic Ski House, great location!

Just stayed at Richard's house for the weekend with a few friends and we were very satisfied. The house was exactly what we were looking for. It was right off the main highway, a short shuttle from the main ski resort, and the shuttle stop was right out in front of the house. The house itself was large, with enough room for at least 10 people, was well decorated with a cozy ski cabin feel, and best of all had a huge hot tub in back. Richard was very helpful in answering questions during the reservation process and was very responsive throughout the weekend. I would strongly recommend this house to both families or groups of friends looking for a great Vail weekend at an affordable price.

            Look no further...

Spent a long weekend here with a group of friends and could not give a better rating. We chose this house based on the other terrific reviews and those reviews are accurate. The shuttle to Vail Village is a 5ish minute walk, and the store (groceries/adult beverages) very close and easily walk-able as well. We did not wait for the shuttle more than 10 minutes and they run non-stop until late at night. Not many other places in Vail have quite this convenience to have both amenities so close. The house itself is extremely spacious, and in my opinion is a lot larger in person than the pictures. Not a typical rental where it is a little rough around the edges, this home is VERY well maintained and VERY clean. There is a heated single stall garage with an extra fridge full of "take a little/give a little" beverages and condiments. We did not park in it, but just had all our gear spread out to dry so that stuff did not need to be inside. We took full advantage of the great kitchen and it had every utensil/dish needed. Even a crock pot which was perfect for one of our meals. *This is truly one of those places where you can show up and just not worry about a thing... The communications with the owners was very seamless and they were very responsive about any questions. My group definitely gave this experience here 5 Stars/A . Will easily stay here again next time in Vail! Look no further... you just found your place.
