"The apartment is very clean, tidy and equipped with the necessary and modern facilities. It exactly matches the photos posted on the site. According to my experience, sometimes the photos cannot really show the quality of the apartment, but this is not the case here. The landlord is very committed, responsible and responsive and if you want to experience the feeling of being at home in Winnipeg, this is one of the best."

"The place was beautiful and quiet. It presented as clean, but the floor didn't seem to be washed. I took a white towel to wipe the floor in front of the bathroom sink, and the paper towel was pretty much the color of charcoal. My husband and I stayed at the suit for two nights left the suite in exactly the same condition we saw it when we arrived. (Actually the bathroom floor was cleaner than when we arrived because I cleaned a section of the floor before we left). We were charged a LARGE damage deposit that was supposed to be returned after the suite was checked (the same day we checked out). WE DID NOT. I have been messaging, and calling with NO response. Don't stay here. You'll be charged a large sum of money for two nights then you will be ghosted after your stay. UPDATE: after reaching out to verbo, my husband and I received our deposit back. We won't be renting with this company again. It was quite stressful and put us out for an unnecessary amount of time. It just left a bad taste in out mouths."
