    What an Amazing House!

We brought our family of 16 including 8 grandchildren to visit Washington D.C. for our 50th anniversary. This house fit all of us beautifully. The 18 year old baseball player loved the weight equipment, and the 8 year old youngest loved the toys. They all had movie nights in the "theatre" and played games on the huge lawn. We were close enough to D.C. to drive in and tour for the day and then return to quiet, bliss for the evening. The girls and their husbands enjoyed cooking in the amazingly well-stocked kitchen. Thank you Susan for providing such a perfect place for our family celebration.

    Perfection for a Family!

The home was clean upon arrival (and I LOOKED) and has the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Any gadget or serving piece you could imagine is here. We had a group of 12 and we all had plenty of room and never felt cramped. We were in town for our family members funeral and had a gathering here afterwards (not a huge crowd, but we commented on how someone could easily have a wedding here). Everyone who came commented on how lovely the house was. We parked 7 cars in the driveway and some guests parked on the street with no hassle. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms were all ample size and decorated in great taste as was the whole house. The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions along the way! I can't wait to come back in the future. The media room was to die for! I think my teenage son married the big screen projector TV and my 4 year old grand daughter felt like she died and went to heaven in the "attic" toy room. It truly was a Home away from Home :)

The house and property is amazing

I highly recommend the property, it was perfect for our family and we were very impressed with our whole experience.

The Tampa Nine in Vienna, Virginia

The nine of us, ranging in age from 79 to 14, enjoyed a fabulous week in this fantastic home, which was even more outstanding than the VRBO listing description indicated. It was perfectly clean and well maintained, with a huge supply of sheets and towels, and the beds are stellar. It is spacious and well-decorated, with a kitchen that is the best we have ever rented. The layout of this house flows...and that makes it feel even larger than the square footage would indicate. The media room is amazing...my kids and grandkids felt like they were in a large, well-appointed theater...they made use of it almost every night. The grounds surrounding this home are spacious and welcoming....it is hard to believe that such acreage exists in an upscale DC suburb. The owners of this home could not have been more helpful and accommodating. During our stay, one of us required hospitalization, and Susan was quick to respond to my request for information about hospitals, etc. Her concern for us was palpable, and she helped with many details as we worked through this surprising upset to our plans. If we return to DC, this is absolutely where we would want to stay. We utilized the Metro into DC on several occasions. If you plan to do that, I would advise purchasing tickets in advance, so as to save yourselves precious vacation time. We also arranged for a driver to transport 7 of us into DC at night, to enjoy all the monuments...by far the best way to see these precious treasures without worrying about parking, etc. Try to do this if you can!! As you can tell from the above, I would certainly recommend this property to my friends and relatives. If you choose to rent it, you are in for a real treat.

    Fantastic Home

We rented the property for our family of twenty ranging in age from four to seventy-three. We cooked every night, we did laundry, played the piano, played board games, and reunited our family. The house is perfect for large groups. I loved the furnishings. The media room is great though we used it very little. The attic area was great for the children and pre-teens. You will need transportation or be willing to hike to the Metro.
