Many condiments and spices are available for cooking. You are welcome to use and replenish. Two open living rooms upstairs and down. TV both upstairs and down. Great movie collection. Wifi provided. You have full access to our entire place. This home does NOT include membership to the Homestead Beach Club in the summer. However, there are tennis courts, bike trails, and plenty of golf courses nearby. Bikes, canoes, and kayaks are all available for rent in town. In the winter, nearby Crystal Mountain or The Homestead Resort ski hill are available for downhill skiing, and snowboarding. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are also available at the Homestead. South Beach is part of the Homestead Resort, and the last beachfront complex. The Homestead is a top destination spot for vacations, getaways, weddings, reunions and meetings, spa and salon services, and year-round recreation. It is located within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in scenic northern Michigan, the area chosen by viewer's of ABC's Good Morning America as the Most Beautiful Place in America. Four Michigan seasons bring their own distinct beauty and activities that you can enjoy year-round. The town of Glen Arbor, full of adorable shops and restaurants, is a short drive, walk or bike ride (1 mile) away. Sleeping Bear dune climb, a must, is also just outside of town. This home is equipped with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and boogie boards. There is a full parking lot for South Beach Building #3. ONE parking space is available for this condo - #23. Other spaces are designated by a 'V' for visitor. We ask that you limit your cars please. Boats and jet skis are welcome with a ramp into Lake MI in the town of Glen Arbor. You can also inquire about that at Big or Little Glen Lake. Other things to note: Like many other condos in South Beach, with steps to Lake MI, this home is NOT air conditioned in the summer. This home is also smoking free home. A fine of $500 will be assessed and yes, we are not kidding. No pets please. In summer season, bonfires are allowed in designated fire pits on the beach only. Open bonfires or fireworks are not allowed and you will be fined $500. The condo complex is serious about that, as we've had building fires (buildings are constructed of all wood) over the years. Thank you for understanding.

We had a wonderful stay. Lots of beach toys and equipment....much appreciated! Beautiful sunsets! Great spaces for a family! Our only criticism is you need a larger hot water heater.
