"This property was beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. Ferra (I think is how you spell her name & Deondre was amazing. When I arrived in Belize my phone was stolen at the ferry and I was using find my iPhone to track it. Deondre (the person who picks up guest from the ferry) came and immediately took me to the police station to get help with approaching the people who had stop my phone. Once that was over he took us to a place to have dinner and then to the resort. One thing that’s important to note is the transportation. Once arrived at Belieze airport we had to take a 15/20 min cab to the ferry doc this was about $30-35 next we took the ferry to the is (Ambergris Caye) this was about an hour or so but the view was absolutely beautiful so I didn’t mind the ferry at all. The cost was about $55 for a round trip or $24 one way. When the ferry arrived I was picked up by the resort and the ride was about 45-60 minutes by cab or 20/25 mins by boat (the resort has both options free) so I’ll be honest this resort was a little distance but it was worth it. I looked at MANY resorts and the weren’t nearly as beautiful. So if I had to do it again I would definitely pick the same resort. They have two beautiful pool areas, a spa, gym, right on the beach and a nice restaurant. Not to mention my beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo style room. Plenty of space. I loved it, it was super clean but I spent most of my time it the pool. The resort & staff were amazing."

"Such a wonderful stay! Loved the layout of the house. Sergio was a great property manager. Winfield was very helpful any time we needed. The house is very far north so we planned accordingly for meals, although the house could use a few more kitchen items to really make things easier. It needs some measuring cups, measuring spoons, some larger size pots/pans, cookie sheet and a spatula. We will definitely be booking again!"

"Tranquility Bay Resort is the perfect place to get away and enjoy Belize. Our house was literally right in the beach. Snorkeling and swimming are musts. The food is excellent especially the breakfast. The staff was gracious and professional. The owners were amazing. Thank you Tranquilty Bay!"

"If you are looking for a private and secluded getaway than you found it!!! This place is so peaceful and quiet but know that it is also quite a drive from San Pedro town- it is 10 miles north!! So if you plan to cook in the kitchen I suggest getting groceries before coming Also I suggest renting a golf cart so that you can easily explore other parts of this beautiful island El Norte is a little bar as run by this owner that is right on the premises I noticed it was very busy at parts of the day with locals and guests just traveling the north road (some coming or going from margarita ville which is a gorgeous drive about 30 min north on the golf cart path) also el Norte offers delicious lunch and dinner offerings. The shrimp tacos and nachos were soooo good! Iz the owner/ bartender is a colorful and entertaining character who by the end of your trip treats you as a friend not a guest! Also David and Carlos will take you out to fish and snorkel and were so great!! They caught some conch and offered to cook up a fresh civeche upon our return. All in all we had a really great and relaxing vacation in the north beach area"
