- Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The photos of the rooms are brilliant -- really make them seem much bigger, and cleaner, than they are. Those are not queen beds in the photos (they hardly seem like doubles), so adjust your perspective accordingly. There does seem to have been some effort to update the rooms in recent history. However, it doesn't seem like any cleaning has been done since the contractors left [if an actual contractor did the work - it all seems fairly cheaper done]. The floor in my room was filthy, and, frankly, I was afraid to touch any surface -- and I've stayed at plenty of cheap hotels/motels over the years and am not easily grossed out. Used a clean t-shirt for my pillow case, slept in my clothes, and did not even consider using the shower. There are other places to stay at this highway exit. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of those. I wish I did. Summary, staying at this Red Roof Inn was the closest thing to sleeping in a dumpster I have ever experience.
