Showing its age.
Poorly maintained property with many small problems (wrinkled/stained carpet, scuffed walls, no cups provided by the water jug, sticky bar surface, and a heavily-tattooed desk clerk who kept answering the phone during the check-in process). The low price partially made up for the low quality.
