Check in was not exactly a breeze, for some reason the hotel did not have my expedia reservation. There was so much confusion and mixed up information. When i was told the hotel didnt have any rooms with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa i was under impression that there was no such room in the hotel....period. but apparently the room was under maintenance. After back and forth calls and conversations with the front desk for a good bit of time, the front dask agent found a room exactly like the room i reserved. After 12 hours of driving this was not ideal, i have my whole family including 5 kids so 2 beds just were not going to get it. But we settled in. The next morning the reservation was still not right because at check out time the front desk calls to ask were we extending our stay....um we made our reservation for 2 nights....so that was fixed but of course when i get back that night we can't get in because our keys were turned off, so off to the front desk i go but the machine is not working so we have to be let into our room until she can get us a key, which i also have to get her when i need to be let in the laundry room because no key. Obviously thats enough for the hotel itself. Very disappointing for a hilton property. Breakfast was good.
