"*Post-reservation experience: received all the info regarding my stay, along with what is expected of me and what to expect when I arrived almost immediately. Very professional setup from the host. Awesome. *Communication: the host was in contact with me every day of my stay making sure I had what I needed and that there were no issues. I received a response almost immediately anytime I wrote. Awesome. *Location: it couldnt be in a better location for getting anywhere in Jax. The Matthews bridge, Hart bridge, Main St bridge, and Acosta Bridge were all super-easy to get to. The street it's located on is little-used, and you can always find parking anytime of day. There is some construction on Church street, but we always took Beaver to Pearl to Church. So easy. We always felt safe, and always felt safe parking our vehicle out front or on Hogan, which we could see from the room. Awesome. *Security: I absolutely loved the means in which you had to use to access any of the doors into the building, and to use the elevator. Also, there is a security guard that makes rounds around the block. Awesome. *The unit: this totally satisfied my desire to stay in one of the renovated buildings downtown. Chic and simple. Super-clean and devoid of any smell. Our pup even loved it, and never once picked up on any smell on any of the furniture. Comfortable temperature all the time. Quiet. The bed was perfectly comfortable. Can't wait to stay again!"
