"To start off Matt was great at communication and was awesome enough to let me check in a little early, the place is described accurately, looks just like in the pictures, place was clean! The view was nice and the area its in is safe, nice and clean neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again and with that i mean i would actually try to buy the property if i could lmao I left a few recommendations however forgot to add this *more table/family games would have been great and if there was more spices/condiments it would have been perfect* Downside is that if you are there to visit LA you are a little out but it is worth staying there! Matt, thanks for being a great host and having us there, looking forward to visit again and hopefully be able to book with you again"

"This place was so bad, we decided to leave early. The best part was driving there. If you arrive at night the code key box is the same color as the brick wall it’s hard to find at night and lighting is horrible. There is no way to lock the sliding glass door when you leave it only locks from the inside. The kitchen, the microwave was dirty nasty. We bought groceries but regretted doing so because the cookware we needed was not in the kitchen. The coffee pot was dirty. The stove was dirty. We had one bath towel for the whole time we were there and they were stained. The bedroom bedspread was stained…one of the worst experiences we have ever had. I hope they clean this place before they decide to rent it out again. And I hope they supply the kitchen with cookware need to even just bake a pizza. ****RENTER BEWARE**** I will conclude Tao is nice."
