The front desk staff Daniella,Eric,javin is very helpful when it comes down to checking in they make the peocess go by smooth. The management staff Mark and Kim are very helpful if you have a situation an you let them known about it they will go handle it or send security.the house keeping staff are. Wonderful they make sure you have your lien if your missing something like a face towel or blanket they will get the item to uou within 10 minutes. Will definitely be renting here again even though i don't get towels s"

"We have stayed at many different homes in various locations and this one definitely stands out as one of the best! The home is a resort in itself. The house is very large and very comfortably fit our large extended family of 12 with plenty of space to spread out. The backyard was a dream! The kids enjoyed the pool, water slide, playground and arcade room. The home was well equipped for families on vacation. Host was extremely communicative and easy to work with. We look forward to coming back one day!"

"We loved our stay! Our hosts comunicated very well and respected our privacy (my family and I mostly keep to ourselves). The Safari Cabin was super clean and organized and was extremely well stocked with anything you might need and more! The master bed was like sleeping on a cloud so very comfortable. My 9 year old daughter slept like a log on the fold out couch and told me she never wants to stay in a hotel again. Check in and check out was very easy and we will be staying at Sandy's the next time we visit San Diego. If you want comfort and quality sleep this place is for you."
