"Excellent accommodations. Extremely clean and new feeling with decor. Staff is perfect, consistent pleasantness across the team. Food is very good too. Upper level restaurants can be difficult to book, basically need reservations before we even arrived which is a bit disappointing. 2 on-site michelin restaurants but they have dress codes that youre not quote ready for if youve set yourself up just for a beach destination. So pack your chinos and dress shoes if you want that option. Two aodes of hotel offers you adults only or for families. So it's nice for couples that need an escape. "

"Hard Rock Hotel lived up to its reputation, friendly staff, good food, excellent room. Nothing was too much trouble. Arrival was trouble free and the guy, sorry forgot his name, was one of the best I have come across, so friendly and helpful. We where given an upgrade to a suite, thank you. As we where early we parked our bags and grabbed a coffee in the Constant Grind and chilled. Will certainly be looking to stay in other Hard Rock Hotels on our future trips."

"Had a great stay as a family of three with a 5 years old. Facilities and staff are great and very child friendly. Buffet dinners and lunches varied - some days were excellent, other not so much. Pools are also lovely. The only true inconvenience was an absolute lack of ventilation on the bathroom/toilet. Would certainly return despite of this."

"The suites are spacious with generous outdoor space and seating areas. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Common pool area is clean and not crowded. The location is quiet but is close enough to restaurants in La Caleta."
