New Years Eve, no access available between 5 - 7 p.m. When we did manage to get in, the staff were rude and unhelpful. With a 2 year old in the party we were given a room directly above the disco,we were told there were no other rooms available, yet this simply was not true, truth was they just couldn't be bothered! We paid for breakfast when booking but were told on the evening after we had checked in that this would not be until 10:00 a.m.which was of no use to us as we had other arrangements made for the day? Why are these facts not stated at the time of booking, quite honestly the standard of hotels available from Hotels .com seems to be in a downhill slide currently as the last few that we have booked have all been unsatisfactory in a variety of ways. Is it that the hotels when they see that the room is booked with a reward night (that will have been earned by 10 stays paying full price) they allocate you the worst room that they have available, it appears that way to me!
