"Nice place. And we loved the stay but we hate the way the rental agencies throw in a bunch of bs add on charges but that s not the owners fault. We have been wintering it in the Keys for decades and the extra charges did not used to be like that. Just one example: you have to pay 600 or 700 dolars for a fee in case something breaks to have 24 hour service with no way to opted out of that fee or no refund if it's not use. Which we think that should be the owners responsibility."

"This was a room with a beautiful view that matched a beautiful interior. Super clean with plenty of space, lots of great amenities like the heated pool and tennis courts. Amazing location for a peaceful and safe atmosphere, would recommend for solo female travelers! The late check in option was super accommodating and went very smoothly. Communication with staff was always prompt and helpful. Loved every part of my stay here, 10/10 :)"

"Beautiful property, incredibly private. The beach, deck, and outside areas were spectacular. We had three chicken friends that visited every day! We traveled to Marathon, Key West, and Tavernier while there, as well as Islamorada. Publix was right in town and we bought some groceries there, but also enjoyed many area restaurants. I think the listing should be updated as the beds were configured differently than we thought (2 bedrooms had 2 twin beds) and it worked for our family but might not for groups with couples. Also, the downstairs and upstairs are separate— you have to go outside to access one area from the other. Again, that didn’t bother us, but it was a surprise. Inside was plenty of space to come together and hang out or find some private areas to be alone. The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful, even calling the day we arrived to make sure everything was working out."
