This freshly renovated beauty comes as advertised with the latest amenities, unlimited space, theatre room, cozy kitchen & huge flat screens in EVERY room. Simple to follow directions to the property & easy entry with security cameras for peace of mind. Lynn was such a joy to work with and made herself available for every request. What I loved most is the state of the art decor and design of the bathroom and the master bedroom, especially the office area with the fridge for me. Felt just like home. The only thing it is missing now is, YOU! Highly recommend..."

"Lower your expectations, if you are looking for a 5-star, property. That being said, we booked this location to keep 3 families together, while we attended a family member's funeral in the Jonesboro area. We were simply looking for a clean, affordable home, in a safe neighborhood with enough beds for everyone in our group. As we were not planning to spend alot if time in the home, basically needed a place to change and sleep. Based on these needs, this protery was 5-star to us. The property was clean, except for 3 dead roaches, and a slight musty smell, but it is the South. Also, some negatives, were noted by prior guest, i.e. not enought seating for the number of allowed guests, and very little lighting. The dishwasher was missing the bottom plate, and there were some exposed wires, the bathroom vent fan in the common area did not work properly. There also were not many of the amenities that are usually provided by other VRBO hosts, i.e. paper towels, hair dryer, coffee, etc, but consider your price paid."
