Everything was true to its description--clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a beautiful view, and easy access to everything we wanted to do. We came in 2 cars; handy to have 2 parking permits. Lots of good restaurants within a short drive, even for my vegan daughter.

The condo was just right for our visit. Thank you. We had all the amenities, comfortable beds and a great screen porch with terrific views. My only reason for less than all 5 stars is because we were never 100% sure from the listing that the property was upstairs. My 80 year old mother had difficulty getting to the condo at the end of the day. Also, both coffee makers had used grounds in them when we arrived, which just required some extra cleaning for us. No big deal, just fyi. Thank you for a grand stay during my college age daughters Flagler Family Weekend.

Peaceful, beautifully decorated condo provided the perfect retreat with all the comforts of home. The condo is immaculately clean and is tucked away in a safe and quiet location. You can enjoy the amazing view of the Matanzas River from the screened porch. Host was absolutely amazing with quick responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed with this stay. The condo was very clean and well decorated. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the unit was stocked. Lots of little things in the kitchen, a few feminine products in the bathroom. I will definitely save this location for future vacations!!
