"I didn't get his name, but a young man working on floor two outside noticed I wasn't finding my way and asked me if I needed assistance. I agreed, and he literally took control and helped me find my room work out whether it was going to work for me worked with the staff and the main desk to get me set up the room. Then we got all my bags out of my car and into the room. Made sure I was comfortable. He was very nice and helpful and professional. This was my first time traveling along with my Parkinson's disease. Was later that evening when I left my keys in the room, and he quickly politely helped me get in. I appreciate his help too. He was very kind and helpful."

"The view from my window was so relaxing and beautiful, as it moved from daylight, to twilight, to sunset, to awakening to twinkling lights along the opposite shores."

"The unit is nicely decorated and very clean and new. A little difficult for a long stay because of limited kitchen and VERY small refrigerator. A desk would be very helpful to avoid having to use the small dining table - have to move computer constantly when time to eat. Communication could've been a bit better from owner (felt like I was bothering him if I asked a question). A welcome manual would be nice with instructions. Lighting could be improved from street to unit door - uneven tile sidewalk with plants growing between tiles (a bit slippery). Overall a nice property."

"Overall, we had a really nice stay. The home is labeled with little info cards that make it easy to find things. It was very clean, including the bathroom and bedding. The view is very cute and it’s in a convenient location for us to see our family. If I had to be picky, the bed is much too soft (but that’s a preference for me) and some of the light switches didn’t work. We thought it was very nice and would stay again."
