Stay at this cozy, dog-friendly home and vacation in style! Inside you will have access to a living area with a flatscreen TV and a dining table with seating for four. After a long day around the resort, sit outside, grill, and enjoy a nice dinner under the furnished, covered patio. What’s nearby: Located in Long Island Village, you will have access to excellent resort amenities including a fitness room, two pools, a hot tub, library, tennis court, and much more. Play a few rounds of golf at the Long Island Village Golf Course, or take a drive to Port Isabel, only a half-mile away to discover a number of restaurants, shops, and fun activities. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen (no dishwasher) One housebroken dog (25 lbs. max.) with a nightly fee Central air conditioning You must contact us to add more than one dog to the reservation, if allowed. $20 per dog, per night. If pets are allowed, the charge for the first dog will be included in the total cost listed. Parking Notes: You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an $80 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, there are instructions for contacting security on call; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
