    Fab wee place

    Such a friendly wee place. Although it is not staffed at night, when the staff are there they cannot do enough for you. My room was really comfy, the bed was great.... I had one of the best night's sleep I've had in a while. Chocolate brownies waiting for me after a day out was such a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious, with good choice for veggies and vegans, including fresh fruit. Wednesday is free jazz night in the bar, great to settle down with a cocktail and a bite to eat. The hotel is 5 to 10 minutes walk from the railway station and is real,y well situated . St Mary's church is just across the road and the Abbey maybe 10 minutes walk away.

    First rate service

    This was an excellent 4 day stay from the moment we arrived. We stayed b&b - the service and food was excellent and the staff were first class friendly and very helpful.

    Lovely room, friendly service and really good food! Great bathroom and comfy bed. Just what I wanted!
