Not clean
It looks beautiful from the outside and lobby. Our room looked NOTHING like the pictures shown on this website. The shower was filthy, it had yellow grime all towards the bottom tiles. The AC wasn’t working either. They sent someone to fix the AC and nothing happened. Front desk also said they would send someone to clean the shower and they didn’t send anyone. Dissatisfied.
