Upside Down Map But Nobody Cared
The service was especially good almost all the way through. Unfortunately their map for the airport bus has the English printed upside down, so it set me off in the wrong direction. I returned to the hotel after some painstaking searching & they directed me the other way. The map lists two landmarks to identify the bus stop - I didn't see either of them! Staff should think a little deeper when a problem like this arises & try to solve the problem! I'm sure it's not the first time this has happened. I'm lucky I left well before my flight or I might have missed it!
