The service was quick and excellent. Beautiful hotel. I felt the staff cared more about their duties than the guests. One guy was wonderful. He said he only works on the weekend. I’d give him a raise. I messaged hotel about being allergic to down/feathers, called a week before and the day of to ensure there would be no feathers/down pillows or comforter in my room. I can’t check myself because if I touch or even have them near me I’m sick. I was having allergic reactions after sleeping in room (puffer, Benadryl) so I checked the pillows and 2/4 were down. I quickly cracked window and called front desk. They said “you should have told us in advance”. Ugh.
