Everything was great about the hotel. Only disappointment was that there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Although they do have a bistro where you can purchase it. And, they were also nice enough to give us some more for our room. For some reason though, I just like hotels that have easy access to it in the lobby. Other than that great hotel .
I have stayed with you often and had good experiences the way things were handled this morning was not unacceptable!!
The rooms are large and comfy, but one of the lights didn't work, it was kind of dark and TV didn't turn on. Also internet was spotty
Pros: staff, clean, good sized room Cons: you want to be ECO friendly: add soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers by sink and in shower...eliminate small plastics
