        Great spot for a getaway

        Second stay at PBC and place looked like it was being well maintained. Had everything we needed. Quiet and convenient . Do wish they had some real grass in dog areas but overall a great visit.

          Perfect get away

          This property was great. The beach access was wonderful and everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. My daughter, mother and myself all had a great time and would love to stay here again if given the chance.

              A Must Stay

              We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and would definitely stay in this property whenever we get back to Satellite Beach. The apartment was spotless and right on the beach; the pool water was heated at a very pleasant temperature. There is a manager on site if there are any problems. I contacted via email with the manager I made the reservation with, and he responded quickly. He was also very understanding and flexible; our 2 week reservation was during hurricane Dorian and as a consequence, we were not able to use the first few days of it however, the manager, Drew, refunded us for the unused days. There is a supermarket across from the street which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants nor activities close by which means transportation is required. I had no problems with this minor drawback. Everything was top notch, from reservations to check in to check out. Thank you Drew for an outstanding vacation.
