We were a group of 8. I was disappointed that the unit had a smell, the pull out livingroom pullout couch bed was angled/indented and painful to sleep on, there were lots of pillows, but not enough cases.... I texted the owner twice and he responded immediately which was nice! The deck was great and the laundry was easily accessible. The unit is older and it reflected that. I wouldn't stay there with over 5 people and if you hoped to swim there.
I love this place mostly because of the view and proximity to the beach. Unfortunately on my visit this past time, there were a few problems. The stairs down to the beach were boarded up and unusable due to the hurricane. I was not made aware of that. Secondly, there were people going thru each unit to check something on balconies. We were not informed of that and we had a dog in the condo that could have gotten out. Thirdly, both sinks in bathrooms were clogged up. I still love the place and would stay again
Even though this unit is in an older building, the property is well maintained & clean & the pool area is very spacious. The unit itself was clean & was as described. The view was AMAZING & it never grew old. The owner is great. I had an issue with the tv & he called me right back & helped me to resolve the issue. The area is very quite, but it is only 10 minutes from Cocoa Beach which has a lot of great restaurants.
We had a great stay. The view of and access to the ocean are great. Steve is honest and states the building is older. It was clean and served the needs of our family great. It's close to some great food, Kennedy Space Center, and Port Canaveral for our cruise.
This location was very quiet and quaint! We enjoyed our stay. Condo was as described. We have stayed “on the beach” many times, but this truly felt like you were on the beach with proximity to the water. Beach chairs & boogie boards were available for use. We would stay here again.
