    Adults-only Sarasota villa in The Meadows with outdoor tennis court
    Welcome to our favourite place in The Meadows, our lovely vacation villa. There is nothing better than pouring yourself a drink and sitting on the patio, looking out at the incredible view of our little lake, especially after a day on the golf course or the beach. From the living room sliding glass doors, there is a lovely view of the first tee of Meadows Country Club golf course, across the lake and there are tennis court, open to public, for anyone who is feeling energetic.The Meadows has three golf courses and two of them are open to public.Rates in summer months are very reasonable and the courses are not too busy then. The Meadows has miles and miles of walking trails, is dotted with many ponds and lakes and feels very rustic, but is situated very close to University Parkway, with all the varied shopping and restaurants offered there .We also have UTC Mall on our doorstep, which rivals any of the malls in Tampa and has very exclusive shops and some nice, high end restaurants. There is also Nathan Benderson Park with it's huge lake just around corner. There are world rowing competitions held throughout the year on Benderson Lake and it's a great place to walk or cycle round. The unit has a queen size bed with ceiling fan above it and TV in bedroom. Walking through from there, past bathroom with granite counter top, bath and shower, you enter the open plan kitchen/ living room. Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster etc. There is a large, flat screen TV and a good TV, WiFi and phone package from Comcast for your entertainment. Please note: Pick up trucks are not allowed to park overnight in the parking lot due to HOA rules.
    Air-conditioned accommodations at this villa offer coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Rooms open to patios. Accommodations offer separate living rooms. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations.
    Recreational amenities at the villa include an outdoor tennis court.

        Great little find!

        Very clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. Great location within the meadows and central to all things in Sarasota. Very responsive property manager. Would definitely book again if I return there. Only point to be improved is furnace is on the loud side when it needs to run. I

          Clean, well appointed

          Great little place! I came to see my parents who live in the Meadows. The place was clean, well stocked with a Keurig and a brand new washer and dryer. Was easy to get settled! 15 min to Lido key and 5 min to University Town Center mall. Perfect small, inexpensive place for Sarasota!

            It was very small for 2. Lack of a pool facility didn't help. Clean and good area.

              Comfortable, Clean and Cozy

              The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. It had all the amenities we needed including a washer and dryer which was a great bonus. The location was perfect for our needs as we were close to the Nathan Benderson Park perfect for their events. The villa was situated in a way which made it very private in the back. Unfortunately a little to hot out to enjoy the rear deck but it had a pretty view. I was very happy that they had beach towels for our visit to the beach. Angela always responded quickly to our texts.
