Walking into the cottage, I immediately noticed how clean it was and how nice it smelled. The use of the small space is clever and feels so much bigger than you’d think. There was everything you’d need and more for a stay. When I had a couple of questions Kristi was so quick to respond and so kind. I would love to come back and stay again any time!"

"We had a wonderful week at the Sand Box in September. The upside down set up is perfect and the home itself is beautifully decorated with calming beach house decor. You cant beat the distant ocean views from the upstairs deck and the pure tranquility of Tom Nevers. September is such a beautiful time to be on the island. The perfect escape."

"We loved this house. Sure, it is rustic (as the title says), but we loved the vibe. The architecture, exposed wood, and white floors felt like a 60s surf bungalow. The house is interesting and there are some quirks, but nothing that had any impact on our stay. It was clean and well appointed where it mattered- the linens were clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the mattresses on the twin beds seemed new. It was walking distance to the little town, beach, playground, Sconset bluff walk, and bus stops. Only one thing I would mention is that if you put the address into GPS, it will take you to a side of the house you cannot enter. Go around to the little street behind the house to find the driveway. We didn't realize that at first and had to figure it out. Otherwise, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!"
