The home was very nice. Only a few houses away from the park. It is such a cute beach community! The owners were wonderful! Very accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay the best.

Quaint beach town
We stayed in the house with our two daughters, their spouses and our three grandchildren. It was close to everything, Cedar point amusement park and the waterpark. We also rented a boat the last day and visited the Lake Erie Islands, Kelly and Put in Bay and enjoy the wonderful summer weather with a cool breeze. Having the playgroung and park nearby was wonderful, although being from Florida would not call it a real beach. Forgot to bring the water shoes as the rocks are rough on your feet. It is a comfortable house fully stocked with a welcoming feel. Would defiinitely go back.
Well-appointed, compact, and great access to beautiful Lake Erie!
I grew up in a small-town neighborhood blocks from one of the Great Lakes, and spending time in The Mariner for a few nights felt just like going home. The local park is kid-sized and canopied in old-growth trees -- nothing fancy, but perfect for a stroll. There's also a spectacular (short, paved) walk at the Sheldon Marsh State Nature Preserve literally a two-minute drive away which is highly recommended. Three full bedrooms and two baths (the ground floor set up for handicap access) plus a well-stocked kitchen make staying in for a rest, a read, or a tabletop game an attractive option too. (And if staying in -- oh that Cameo Pizza!! :-)
Lake Erie Gem!!!
Mariner was one of the best rentals we have ever used! The whole place was roomier than the pictures on the website made it look. Two full bahs and 3 queen beds were an unusual find. The towels and bed linens were so comfy. The kitchen had a crock pot and many appliances, gadgets and paper and plastic products we usually don't find in a rental. A pack n play and highchair were even brought in at our request. You couldn't ask for more congenial hosts!

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the house. It was large enough for our needs. Loved the fact that everything we could have needed was there.Beds were also comfortable. Really appreciated the washer and dryer. When I got home I didn't have to do laundry.Would certainly recommend this rental.
